You are solely responsible for your User-Generated Content and the consequences of posting or publishing it. Garbagebagging does not endorse any User-Generated Content and disclaims any liability for any loss or damage resulting from your reliance on such content.
We reserve the right to remove any User-Generated Content that violates these Terms of Service or is otherwise objectionable at our sole discretion.
7. Payment Terms

In no event shall Garbagebagging’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
This limitation of liability is a fundamental basis of the bargain between you and Garbagebagging. If you do not agree to this limitation, you must not use the services.
10. Termination
